I've had several Kiddos on board lately. It's awesome seeing these kids get fired up about fishing and learning about saltwater fly fishing. I am always thinking about the future of our sport. We need to follow the lead of these guys and get them out there. Nice job Dads!

July Video Report
David Mangum shadowed me on a charter a couple days ago and worked his magic on a quick video report for SWE. He does a great job editing and making what we do look cool. Thanks David.

Bulls on Parade...
We had a great 4th. with family and friends. It was the first 4th of July I can remember being off. As for the fishing it has been hard to pattern. Tarpon numbers are slowly coming back after the storm. When the conditions line up we have been whackin' Bull Reds on fly. Everything else has been off. I predict an awesome rest of the month!

Welcome to July!
Conditions have been less than ideal with the ton of yoohoo colored freshwater. Bill Davenport came over from Austin Texas seekin' revenge on the Poon. He had jumped but never boated a Tarpon on fly. We changed all that.. The fishing was slow but we capitalized on several shots jumping fish and finally boating a great fish. Congrats Bill!

TS Debby
Tropical Storm Debby has moved on and left clear skys. She also left a ton of rain that has mucked up the Tarpon fishin'. Big Albie's have pushed in with the storm and the bite has been strong. I was able to fish my cousin Rick and his son's Chad and Jay after my charter this afternoon. We had great time catching up and Chad caught his first redfish. It was a really cool bite on top and an awesome first redfish. Congrats Chad!
